Order processing time

We process most orders daily Monday - Saturday, by FedEx, UPS, and USPS (for small packages), as well as using a variety of freight carriers for oversized/palletized shipments. All orders will be PROCESSED within 4-5 business days. Orders are NOT processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or holidays. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

After placing an order on getwiredusa.com it will normally be processed within 24 hours. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after placing your order containing your tracking number(s). This is just a confirmation that we have accepted and processed your order it may still be 4-5 days before your tracking number will be active.

While getwiredusa.com website DOES reflect what is available for purchase, it does NOT necessarily reflect available inventory at our local warehouse (Tucson, AZ). Special order, or custom assembled items may take up to 30 days to arrive, but orders shipped from within Getwiredusa's warehouse inventory are generally processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Equipment small enough to be sent by ground should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Items that are marked as "Free shipping" apply in the United States within the 48 continental states or U.S. overseas military bases with APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For customers located in Hawaii and Alaska, shipping would be free to the closest continental US border and the customer would be responsible for any additional shipping fees thereafter. Exact shipping quotes can be provided by your sales representative. International customers also get free shipping to the closest US border. This also applies to any freight forwarder companies you might use within the United States. Any additional shipping fees and import duties or taxes would be the customer's responsibility. 

Shipping quotes are produced automatically by the website, but are quotations only. After you place an order through the website if we determine, if there will be any additional shipping costs we will attempt to contact you by email or phone. In the event we are unable to reach you, or you are unable or willing to incur the additional shipping costs. We reserve the right to cancel your order and will refund your purchase price to the original payment method.

Getwiredusa.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Getwiredusa.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
