What if I am unhappy with my purchase for any reason?
If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a a product of equal or lesser value within 60 days or receipt of delivery.
Extended Return Window for Holiday Season:
If you purchased an item from our website or in the store between October 31st and January 31st, you will have 75 days from the date of delivery in which to return the item. For example an item purchased on January 31st 2024 would be returnable no later than April 15, 2024.
How do I get a return shipping label?
If you need to return an item for any reason, you can send us an email to sales@getwiredusa.com make sure to include your order number, or call us Monday - Saturday 9am to 6pm at (520) 884-8880.
I am responsible for the return shipping or any other costs?
We do not charge a restocking fee and as log as the the return meets all the conditions and terms set forth in this policy. We accept all returns in most cases if you are returning an item because you changed your mind. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the reason for your return is because you received an item other than what you had ordered or because it was damaged or defective then we will either provide you with a return shipping label at no charge to you or if you prefer you can purchase a return shipping label from the carrier of your choice and we will reimburse you for the cost.
